Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Architect with over 10 years of experience in the architecture field. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD and possess a strong background in construction documents through construction administration.

Responsibilities

* Develop and manage construction documents.

* Coordinate and oversee construction administration processes.

* Collaborate on multi-use projects to ensure successful completion.

* Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for architectural design and schematic design.

Essential Skills

* Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

* Extensive experience in construction documents and administration.

* Strong architectural design and schematic design skills.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.

* Experience with multi-use projects is a plus.

Work Environment

This role is based in a small office in Quincy, MA, with a primarily in-office work setting. There is flexibility for a couple of remote workdays.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Quincy, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $48.00/hr.
