Architect​/Project Manager – Quincy, Massachusetts

We are an architecture and engineering firm based in Quincy, MA, seeking a licensed and talented Architect with strong project management skills to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with 5+ years of experience who can lead projects from concept through construction while coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

• Lead projects from initial concept through construction completion
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Prepare and oversee architectural drawings, specifications, and permit sets
• Coordinate with in-house engineers, consultants, and contractors
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Navigate local permitting and regulatory processes
• Conduct site visits and provide construction administration services
• Ensure compliance with Massachusetts building codes and zoning regulations

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related design software
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Licensed Architect (or actively pursuing licensure)
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with permitting processes in the Greater Boston area
• Experience in residential and commercial projects
