Paraprofessional Needed in East Providence, MA

Soliant Education is seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals for full-time positions in East Providence, MA. We are looking for candidates with experience working with students who have moderate to severe disabilities. Positions are available for both 1:1 and classroom support across K-8 caseloads.

• Position: Paraprofessional
• Location: East Providence, MA
• Hours: Full-Time
• Caseload: K-8, Moderate to Severe Disabilities
• Positions Available: 1:1 and Classroom Support

• Provide direct support to students with moderate to severe disabilities in either a 1:1 setting or within a classroom environment.
• Assist with the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans.
• Support students in academic, social, and life skills development.
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and other staff members to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist with daily classroom activities, transitions, and routines.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the educational team.

• Previous experience working with students who have moderate to severe disabilities is required.
• Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team and follow directions from the lead teacher.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to supporting the educational and developmental needs of students with disabilities.
