We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle School English Teacher. We are looking for a collaborative educator who brings creativity, strong classroom management skills, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

• Create a classroom atmosphere that encourages literacy, critical thinking, and active learning.
• Plan and deliver high-quality English instruction aligned with the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks and district goals.
• Monitor and assess student progress using diverse tools and strategies.
• Communicate consistently with students, families, and colleagues to support student achievement and well-being.
• Collaborate with department colleagues on curriculum planning, events, and enrichment activities.
• Participate in school meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives, including but not limited to the New Professional Staff Orientation and Mentor Program.

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• MA DESE license in English required.
• Prior teaching experience at the middle school level is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
