Early Education Teacher
Location: Andover, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
Position Type: Contract (3-Month Assignment)
Position OverviewA well-established daycare and early childhood education center in Andover, MA is seeking a dedicated and nurturing Early Education Teacher to join their team on a 3-month contract basis. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting young learners, creating engaging classroom experiences, and fostering a safe, positive environment where children can learn and grow.
Responsibilities- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lessons.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Maintain positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members.
- Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones.
- Ensure compliance with all EEC regulations, center policies, and safety procedures.
- Assist with classroom management, daily routines, and transitions.
- Promote positive behavior and model appropriate social skills.
