Responsibilities

  • Serve as central point of contact for educators utilizing Curriculum Associates' products and services.
  • Provide proactive implementation support for assigned implementations.
  • Deliver responsive service for educator assistance with implementation aspects.
  • Partner with internal team members to deliver best-in-class service.
  • Utilize account support plans, efficiency tools, and processes to provide stellar educator support experience, including ongoing proactive communication and timely responsiveness to evolving educator needs.
  • Consistently use outlined tools and processes to ensure assigned educator accounts are set up for successful implementation from the start, partnering with internal team members to onboard all accounts within expected timeframe and establishing clear implementation plan.
  • Use implementation health data to identify concerns and address them with educators and internal team members.
  • Guide educators in analyzing student performance and growth data in i-Ready Connect platform.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in manipulating i-Ready assessment and instruction data in Excel to aid educators.
  • Fulfill ad-hoc reporting needs for specific implementation requests.
  • Help secure renewals of assigned accounts through relationship development and high-quality service.
  • Identify potential opportunities for product expansion within existing implementations, partnering with sales team members.
  • Support territory pilot strategy with new and existing users to achieve strong conversion rate.
  • Incorporate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion messaging in internal and educator-facing conversations.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year or more experience in customer service, sales, or teaching (or combination).
  • Proficiency with Outlook, , Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS365).
  • Strong listening and communication skills – oral and written.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-centric skills – builds trust and dependability.
  • Ongoing learner – able to learn and incorporate new concepts quickly.
  • Results-oriented, self-starter, can work independently and collaboratively.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow complex directions.
  • Effective decision-making, ownership, accountability; handles ambiguity and high-pressure situations.
  • Demonstrates integrity, ethical standards, professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; prioritizes tasks.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environment; excellent problem-solving and analytical capability.

Preferred (but not required):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Marketing/Business.
  • 2 years or more experience in customer service, sales, or teaching (or combination).
  • Previous experience as a K-12 educator, in education sales, or in customer management.
Location and Travel

Remote (Eastern Time Zone). Candidates may travel up to 10% of the time for periodic school visits, educator events, and company national and regional meetings.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive base salary ($43,375 - $70,875) with opportunity to earn significant upside commissions and bonuses through a generous incentive compensation plan tied to individual and team performance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance; 401(k) plan with employer match; flexible vacation, sick policy; 12 paid holidays; winter office closure; and additional perks.
