Senior Project Manager_Transmission & Substation

Overview

We’re looking for a Project Manager_ Transmission & Substation on behalf of our client. This is a 1‑year contract assignment (W‑2). The role involves managing the Early Stage (ES) process for high‑voltage transmission and substation projects within E&C, including the development of procurement, engineering, permitting, and land aspects. The position is not responsible for site‑based construction management and reports to the onsite manager.

Location:

Juno Beach, FL or Remote is an option for qualified candidates.

• Lead development of project plans with focus on execution, cost, and schedule.
• Coordinate diverse teams including Development, Land, Environmental, Legal, Regulatory, Procurement (ISC), Engineering, and Operations.
• Prepare RFP packages to competitively source engineering, survey, geotechnical, LiDAR, and construction services.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience:
  
  11 – 15 Years.
• Experience managing projects >$100MM.
• Manage scope, schedule, and cost and documentation skills.
• Ability to travel (~25%).

• Base salary $40.00/hr to $45.00/hr.
