Overview
We're working with a growing, multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to their civil/site team in the greater Boston area.

In this role, you'll support the design and delivery of land development projects across both private and public sectors. Typical work includes commercial developments, mixed-use projects, and community-focused improvements. You'll contribute to site design, grading, stormwater management, utilities, and permitting packages.

You'll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle - from early planning and design through approvals, bidding, and construction. The role also includes regular coordination with clients, contractors, and local agencies.

You'll work closely with senior engineers and project leadership, helping to manage project delivery while also building client relationships and supporting new work opportunities. There's also a strong emphasis on collaboration across internal disciplines such as environmental and geotechnical teams.

This team offers a flexible, hybrid work environment, along with performance incentives and long-term growth potential.

Office locations include the South Shore and North Shore areas of Massachusetts.

Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000, depending on experience.
