Who we are looking for
We are looking for an Associate 2 Position for our Quincy location to service Hedge Clients for our Custody division of our Alternative Investment Solutions Group. They will partner with both clients and colleagues to establish the workflow and ensure client reporting is updated daily. They will be responsible for delivering reporting and day-to-day support for our clients.
What you will be responsible for
- Manage daily process for all applicable clients
- Review aged failing trades and expedite resolution
- Interact with client counter parties on material issues
- Interact with client to evaluate services
- Implement system requirements for new products and processes
- Implement improvements in process
- Identify any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and report or escalates in accordance with corporate policy and operating procedures

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equal job experience
- 0 – 1+ years of custody experience
- Working knowledge of financial products

- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, demanding environment

- Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, analytical individual who can handle multiple assignments and pressure while meeting client deliverables
Salary Range
$41,600 – $66,560 Annual
