Senior Manager – Financial Systems

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Systems to lead key finance technology initiatives, including a new EPM implementation and broader finance transformation projects.

This role will serve as the primary liaison between Finance, Accounting, FP&A, IT, and external implementation partners, ensuring that technology solutions align with business objectives and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate combines a strong foundation in Finance with experience leading systems implementations, process improvement initiatives, and cross‑functional projects.

• Lead the implementation and ongoing enhancement of EPM and finance systems platforms.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables across finance transformation initiatives.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and define future‑state processes.
• Coordinate with external consultants, vendors, and implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive testing, user acceptance, training, and change management activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning, forecasting, reporting, and financial management processes through technology.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and alignment between finance systems and upstream/downstream applications.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders and business leaders.
• Support ongoing system administration, optimization, and enhancement initiatives post‑implementation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Finance Systems, or Finance Transformation.
• Experience leading or supporting EPM, ERP, or finance systems implementations.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with Finance, IT, and external consulting teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
