Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional to plan, schedule and manage the daily workflow of client relationships. The role requires maintaining strong client relationships, evaluating and recommending process improvements, and preparing/reviewing Treasury Services tasks related to Expense Administration, Distributions, Performance and Regulatory/Board Reporting within State Street’s Global Delivery division.

• Plan, schedule, and manage the daily workflow of one or more client relationships.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliverables for each client relationship.
• Perform multiple levels of review on client deliverables related to Expense Administration, Distributions, Performance and Regulatory/Board Reporting.
• Maintain positive and effective relationships with clients and SSC coworkers.
• Comprehend the scope of services offered to clients and review with staff; identify and communicate workflow deviations to avoid unwarranted service expansion.
• Coordinate activities with other departments and oversee effective coordination.
• Escalate all delays and issues regarding assigned deliverables to the AVP in a timely manner.
• Research and resolve all accounting, client and auditor issues.
• Ensure controls and procedures are adhered to; recommend improvements.
• Utilize automation and recommend system enhancements.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for new mutual fund administration applications.
• Remain informed of regulatory changes and new industry and competitor developments.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with a focus in Treasury Services.
• 4-6 years of related experience in Treasury Services, preferably with expertise in expense administration (budgeting, invoicing, etc.), distribution calculations, fund performance, and regulatory/client reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and possess strong problem‑solving and resolution skills.
• Good understanding of financial services and investment products.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on service.
• Strong PC skills, specifically Excel (Intermediate).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities to meet internal and industry deadlines.
• Strong problem‑resolution skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Desire and commitment to learn technical aspects of each deliverable.
• Ability to communicate with various internal teams to resolve inquiries and determine when to escalat(e).

• Ability to interact with on‑shore and off‑shore teams to resolve inquiries and determine when to escalat(e).

Range: $60,000 – $101,250 annually (depending on location).
