Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • CPA certification
  • 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience
  • Recent experience in manufacturing environements
Preferred Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • Experience with in manufacturing or product-based organizations

The successful candidate will lead all financial operations, accounting, forecasting, reporting, and information technology functions across multiple business locations. This executive role is responsible for driving financial performance, strengthening internal controls, supporting strategic growth initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards. The Vice President partners closely with executive leadership to provide financial insight, improve operational performance, and support long‑term business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Own the integrity and accuracy of the company’s financial reporting processes, ensuring timely visibility into business performance, cash flow, and operational results.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to executive leadership by translating financial data into actionable insights that support growth, profitability, and operational decision‑making.
  • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes while proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and performance gaps across the organization.
  • Oversee contract review, pricing support, capital investment analysis, and working capital initiatives to improve financial performance and support strategic objectives.
  • Maintain a strong internal control environment, including audit readiness, regulatory compliance, ERP optimization, and coordination with external auditors and stakeholders.
  • Develop and strengthen the finance organization through leadership, mentorship, process improvement, and cross‑functional collaboration with operations, IT, and executive management.
