This role is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. The position may also be responsible for the provision of residential mortgage loans and is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements.
Responsibilities- Triage client leads and recommend referrals based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals, build a financial plan and recommend brokerage products.
- Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals.
- Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial centre clientele.
- Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services.
Monday – Fridays and rotating Saturdays. Shift: 1st shift (United States of America).
Required Qualifications- Currently holds Series7 and
66 (or Series
63/65 in lieu of 66) licenses. - Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- Minimum of one year of experience working in the financial service industry or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Proven ability to set and accomplish goals, build and nurture strong relationships, collaborate effectively, communicate confidently with all clients, and navigate complexity in a fast‑paced environment.
- Efficiently manage time and capacity, and incorporate relevant regulatory due diligence into daily activities.
- Minimum of three years of experience working in the financial service industry or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).

Pay range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 annualized salary, offers determined based on experience, education, and skill set. Employees are eligible for a formulaic incentive plan and a benefits package including industry‑leading benefits, paid time off, and support to make an impact.
