Gross to Net Manager

• Participate in GTN reserve analysis
• Manage the GTN budgeting and forecasting process
• Provide financial analysis and insights related to GTN programs
• Present monthly Gross-to-Net brand performance results to senior leadership
• Evaluate financial implications of pricing strategies and market access programs
• Collaborate with Treasury and CI2C teams
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (7+ preferred)
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or public accounting is highly valued
• Proven leadership and team development capabilities
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse business and finance teams
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with TM1, SAP, or other financial systems preferred
• Strong business acumen connecting financial outcomes to commercial and strategic drivers

Demonstrates expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on Gross-to-Net performance and strategic financial insights. Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively across diverse business functions to drive process improvements and automation.
