Responsibilities
- Support and assist Client Operations
- Monitor and process custody related events accurately
- Ensure prompt follow up on exception situations
- Facilitate timely problem resolution
- Perform daily maintenance and record keeping for Syndicated Bank Loans
- Process trades
- Produce daily roll-forward proof of portfolio holdings
- Prepare standard and ad hoc reporting for customers
- Respond to customer queries and resolve inquiries promptly
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
- Assist management in implementation of new policies
- Experience in Client Operations or relevant field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with custody operations or financial services
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Excellent communication skills
