This Loan Analyst role South of Boston is a new addition to a rapidly growing private lending platform. It sits at the center of the firm’s operations, bridging loan origination, closing execution, and capital markets. You’ll manage an active pipeline of transactions while supporting the packaging and sale of loans to institutional partners. (Calling all recent College Grads)

• Manage 20–40 monthly loan closings across multiple markets
• Coordinate with borrowers, legal counsel, title companies, and internal teams
• Track timelines and ensure all closing conditions are met
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to maintain execution speed
• Organize and maintain complete, audit-ready collateral packages
• Coordinate delivery of loan files to institutional partners
• Prepare and maintain accurate loan tapes
• Interface with hedge funds and institutional operations teams
• Solicit, manage, and evaluate bids for loan sales
• Coordinate and execute trades from start to finish

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong organizational skills and operational discipline
• Ability to manage high volume without sacrificing accuracy
• Clear and direct communication skills
• High attention to detail with strong follow-through
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Compensation for this role is $65K-$70K + Bonus
