Treasury Sales Associate – Global Solutions, Healthcare, Education, Not Profit

• Support the end-to-end treasury sales process for Treasury Sales Officers serving Healthcare, Higher Education, and Not For Profit clients
• Develop strategies to grow revenue domestically and internationally
• Coordinate industry, prospect, and client research for pre-call planning
• Maintain accurate sales data across deal pipeline, client plans, call reports, pricing, and rates
• Produce client and portfolio analysis, including profitability, revenue performance, product usage, balance trends, and variance analysis
• Partner with AML and onboarding teams to coordinate KYC onboarding and client readiness
• Assist with the Client Management Process, including planning, calling efforts, meetings, delivery, follow-up, and revenue tracking
• Create strategies, proposals, and pitchbooks
• Complete price and cost-benefit analysis models and support non-standard pricing
• Partner with Product Specialists to grow revenue and deepen relationships
• Support implementation, client onboarding, and training activities
• Participate in in-person calling activities and direct sales opportunities
• Manage escalated service issues with appropriate resources
• Prepare analysis and presentation materials for client meetings
• Complete card agreements and gather documentation for implementation

• Minimum of one year of treasury management/corporate banking experience or successful completion of a training program
• Ability to travel up to 5%

• Two or more years of Not For Profit, Higher Education or Healthcare Banking/Revenue Cycle Experience a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Certified Treasury Professional certification or equivalent
• Experience prospecting and developing new business
• Knowledge of U.S. or international cash management products
• Prior experience in Global Payments, Treasury Management, or Corporate Banking strongly preferred
• Two to five years of relevant banking experience across sales, operations, compliance, and/or product management
• Ability to identify, develop, and support new business opportunities
• Working knowledge of U.S. and global treasury management products, services, and industry trends
• Minimum Education Requirement:
  High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Demonstrates expertise in treasury management and corporate banking, with a strong focus on client relationship management, revenue growth strategies, and financial analysis. Proficient in coordinating KYC onboarding processes and managing client interactions to ensure successful outcomes.
