Core Operations, Senior Associate

Who we are looking for Responsible for oversight over Corporate Actions Operations. Will need to manage high risk processes that span international markets. Focus will mainly be around voluntary corporate action activity and could include complexities such as securities finance, middle office, and international custody. Ideal candidate has experience within the corporate action field, specifically, within the instruction processing area.

Training of staff around corporate actions complexities

Meeting of Corporate Obligations Project work, inclusive of Robotics Daily escalation resolution

Main point of contact around Client Service inquiries

Familiarity with risk reporting

Additional requirementsB.S. degree in accounting or Finance preferred

Minimum 3 years within Corporate Actions (instruction processing preferred).Knowledge of securities language preferred.

Knowledge of custody/accounting systems preferred

Strong interpersonal, organizational and attention to details skills.

Strong written and verbal communications.

Must be deadline oriented with the ability to provide technical expertise to resolve daily problems.
