Portfolio Analytics Lead

• Analyze SKU portfolios using analytical and AI tools such as Alteryx to support optimization and End of Life reviews

• Partner with Finance on COGS and Purchase Price Variance analytics

• Establish metrics to track roadmap progress with key DRIs and stakeholders

• Implement digital tools for accurate, efficient, recurring project financial reporting with Project Managers

• Develop and own performance reporting mechanisms, including Power BI dashboards, for Portfolio initiatives

• Create learning materials and training to support change management as new reports and data are introduced

• Report to the Manager, Portfolio Management for Trauma and Extremities Supply Chain

• Work across the platform to strengthen analytics, reporting, and digital tools supporting portfolio and financial decision-making

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent University degree
• Minimum four (4) years of relevant professional work experience
• Supply Chain experience
• Strong data curiosity and analytical acumen
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable items at strategic and tactical levels
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI, Alteryx, Excel, and Tableau
• Ability to frame complex information simply and clearly for a leadership audience
• Demonstrated success influencing others across a complex organization and working effectively in ambiguity
• Up to 10% domestic and international travel may be required

Demonstrates strong analytical acumen and data curiosity, utilizing tools like Power BI and Alteryx to optimize SKU portfolios and support financial decision‑making in the Supply Chain domain. Capable of developing performance reporting mechanisms and effectively communicating complex data insights to leadership.
