Early Childhood Behavior Therapy - Opportunities across Boston and the South Shore!

Beacon ABA Services is a private group practice of behavior analysts and behavioral therapists organized to provide intensive behavioral services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Beacon ABA Services is seeking entry‑level or experienced individuals in the Boston or South Shore area who are passionate about early childhood development!

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Full‑time: $23-27 per hour
  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • $2,500 full‑time signing incentive
  • $250 monthly bonus
  • Up to three (3) weeks accruable PTO

Our therapists work directly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their homes, following goals designed to promote independence.

Training: Entry‑level candidates welcome—paid training is provided.

Positions:

  • Full‑time and part‑time opportunities
  • Sessions Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
  • Travel between client homes – valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; required for immediate promotional consideration
  • Associate’s degree with over 300 hours experience with children
  • High school diploma considered – requires full availability and over 600 hours experience with children
