Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN
North Andover, MA – $55–$60/hour
We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation department. This flexible opportunity allows you to provide high-quality therapy services while maintaining work-life balance.
Position Responsibilities- Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide treatment focused on ADLs, upper extremity function, cognition, coordination, and safety
- Recommend adaptive equipment and therapeutic strategies
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Monitor resident progress and update treatment plans as needed
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Flexible PRN scheduling
- Collaborative rehab environment
- Opportunity to work with post-acute rehabilitation and long-term care residents
- Resident-centered clinical culture
- Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license required
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
- Flexible scheduling
- Opportunities for additional PRN shifts
