Community Training Specialist (CTS-Direct Care)
Position Type:

Salary: $22.00/hour
Travel: up to 25%
Shift: Any
- Assisting clients with completing hygiene tasks and developing independence, responsibility, and self-worth.
- Preparing and implementing program goals, individuals’ service plans, and treatment plans.
- Developing positive relationships with individuals, families, guardians, and service providers.
- Assisting clients to obtain appropriate healthcare services and promoting healthy lifestyle choices.
- Fluent in American Sign Language (ASL).
- At least 18 years old.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- High School diploma.
