Physical Therapist (PT) - PRN
Quincy, MA
$55-$60/hour | PRN
We are looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide PRN rehabilitation services in Quincy, MA. This opportunity is ideal for a therapist seeking scheduling flexibility while providing individualized care focused on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
What You'll Do- Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide skilled interventions addressing strength, gait, balance, transfers, endurance, and mobility
- Establish measurable rehabilitation goals and monitor progress
- Modify treatment approaches based on resident needs and clinical response
- Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safe mobility strategies
- Complete accurate clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with PTAs and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- $55-$60/hour
- Flexible PRN scheduling
- Supportive rehabilitation environment
- Diverse rehabilitation caseload
- Collaborative interdisciplinary team
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
- New graduate Physical Therapists are welcome to apply
