Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – PRN

$35–$40/hour | PRN

We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) on a PRN basis in Quincy, MA. Work alongside a rehabilitation team while helping residents build strength, improve mobility, and make progress toward their individual therapy goals.

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Guide residents through therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, transfers, and mobility training
• Carry out treatment plans developed by the supervising PT
• Monitor resident performance and report relevant changes or progress
• Reinforce safe movement and mobility techniques
• Maintain clear and timely treatment documentation
• Work closely with other members of the rehabilitation team

• $35–$40/hour
• Flexible PRN schedule
• Collaborative rehabilitation setting
• Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload
• Supportive clinical environment

• Active Massachusetts PTA license required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
• New graduate PTAs are encouraged to apply
