About the Role:As a Healthcare Admission Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the admission process for patients, ensuring a smooth transition into our facility. Your duties will include:
Coordinating patient admissions, transfers, and discharges in a timely and efficient manner
Verifying patient information, insurance coverage, and medical history
Collaborating with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and care
Developing and maintaining effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and files
Participating in quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction surveys
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
2 Minimum Years of Experience
