What You’ll Do

Qualifications
  • Required Candidate must live in Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, or Rhode Island or be willing to relocate to one of these states Travel may be required up to 75%, including overnight 5+ years of experience in directing management teams in fast-paced environments Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills.
  • Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team dedicated to execution, hospitality, and service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, etc.
  • Demonstrated success in P&L and operations management.
  • Proven leadership skills with talent assessment and team-building abilities.
  • High ethical standards and a role model for others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Red Robin cultural fit with a proactive and initiative-driven mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
