OverviewManages the entire life cycle recruiting process, from sourcing, assessing, and recruiting inclusive talent for all positions assigned, with a primary focus on supporting corporate recruiting efforts that attract top talent to the organization in a fast‑paced service focused environment.
Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in‑person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. The location for this role is Quincy, MA. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
Responsibilities- Identifies and engages top talent aligned with business needs while supporting ADUSA's commitment to an inclusive workplace.
- Partners with Hiring Managers and TA Leadership to clarify role requirements and recommend effective recruiting strategies that drive successful talent searches.
- Provides guidance and expertise on recruiting tools and processes, including applicant tracking systems, interview guides, intake sessions, offers, and onboarding workflows.
- Sources qualified candidates through diverse channels‑job postings, referrals, job fairs, online platforms, community organizations, colleges and universities, networking, and targeted advertising‑while representing ADUSA's employee value proposition.
- Conducts interviews to assess candidate qualifications, organizational fit, and interest level, and delivers informed recommendations to Hiring Managers based on pre‑screen and interview insights.
- Manages active and passive candidate pipelines to maintain consistent talent flow for current and future openings.
- Maintains regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure timely updates and a positive experience.
- Monitors key recruiting metrics, tracks weekly requisition status, and provides visibility into hiring progress, challenges, and trends.
- Follows documented recruiting policies and practices to keep the hiring process consistent, organized, and aligned with established guidelines.
- Works on ad hoc recruitment projects as assigned.
- Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our values.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience.
- 1+ years of recruiting or HR related experience.
- Maintains accuracy and consistency when handling candidate information and recruiting documentation.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential candidate information with discretion and professionalism.
- Solid organizational and time‑management abilities with the capacity to prioritize and handle a high volume of requisitions.
- Understanding of full‑life‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer processes.
- Effective relationship‑building and communication skills, with attention to detail when following recruiting processes and documenting candidate activity.
- Ability to multi‑task and manage a high volume of requisitions.
- People‑centric approach with the ability to support a positive experience for candidates and hiring partners.
- Adaptability and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and standard recruiting tools (Success Factors preferred).
