Mainframe Tech Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver end-to-end projects (requirements, design, testing, cutover, hypercare).
• Manage RAID logs, budgets, and governance forums; produce executive dashboards.
• Drive operating model and process improvements; document SOPs and controls.
• Coordinate UAT and production readiness; ensure stable post-go-live performance.
• Align with risk, compliance, and audit standards; maintain an auditable change record.
• Ability to multi-task and to take the initiative when needed.
• Manage IT budget planning and project time tracking on Clarity.

• 7–10 years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years in banking preferably in custody asset servicing (global markets or investment operations).
• Demonstrable delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder programs (e.g., system migrations, regulatory implementations, client transitions).
• Experience with IT budget planning and project time tracking, preferably with Clarity.
• Experience with SDLC (Agile / Hybrid / Waterfall), Jira, Confluence.
• Proven governance and stakeholder management with senior leaders and external clients.

• Knowledge of custody operations, corporate actions, income processing, settlements (DTC / Euroclear / Clearstream), reconciliation.
• SWIFT messaging (MT / MX / ISO 20022).
• Cash management and end-of-day processes.
