Quality Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Quality Manager for a Contract with a client in North Quincy, MA. Responsibilities include developing reusable automation frameworks and validating application functionality through systematic automated testing.

Rate Range: $37/hour to $45/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium Web Driver with Java.
• Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects using standard testing tools.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
• Perform regression, functional, and integration testing to validate application quality and performance.
• Enhance and optimize existing automation frameworks to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Document test processes, maintain testing artifacts, and participate in Agile ceremonies to support continuous delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in software testing with strong hands‑on expertise in Selenium automation using Java.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks supporting functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Strong understanding of Core Java concepts and experience collaborating in Agile environments to ensure high‑quality software delivery.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $45.00 per hour
