• Develop and publish technology strategies, architectures, standards, and roadmaps for major technology domains
• Lead solution and technology delivery for complex initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to establish common standards and practices
• Provide mentorship to technical engineers and analysts on technology roadmaps and strategies
• Monitor and integrate external technology trends into internal strategies and standards

• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, strategy development, and technology governance
• 5+ years of solutioning experience evaluating scenarios for large, complex Enterprise solutions
• 3+ years of experience communicating and influencing senior leadership on strategy and directions
• Strong leadership and collaborative skills in a technical environment

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Services, or Business
