Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Delivery Lead – Vice President, reporting into senior technology leadership within Global Technology Services (GTS). This is a hands‑on senior delivery role that partners with development managers, architects, and business leaders to define and execute the technology product roadmap across domains in financial services.

The team you will be joining is part of Global Technology Services, responsible for delivering scalable, resilient, and regulatory‑compliant technology solutions that support State Street’s Markets, Corporates and Commercial functions.

• Act as a subject matter expert in applications delivery of SDLC, PDLC, and Augmented AI‑based delivery of technology solutions, providing senior techno‑functional leadership to delivery teams.
• Lead client requirement gathering, analysis, and market research to define industry‑leading technology roadmaps.
• Drive complex projects and programs aligned with business strategy and regulatory commitments.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.
• Provide expert guidance during design reviews and product demonstrations, emphasizing simplicity, scalability, and functional clarity.

• Ability to lead and influence matrixed, globally distributed technology teams.
• Strong executive‑level communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
• Deep expertise in multiple domains in financial services leveraging SDLC, PDLC, and Augmented AI development frameworks.
• Strong analytical mindset with sound judgment and decision‑making capabilities.
• A bias toward simplicity, continuous improvement, and value‑driven delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, technology, finance, business, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in financial services domains.
• 10+ years of professional software design and development experience.
  
  Hands‑on experience supporting finance and treasury platforms using C#/.NET, Java/J2EE, MS SQL Server, and scripting languages (Python, Shell, Perl).
• Strong understanding of financial services regulatory reporting requirements.

• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional processes and complex project timelines.
• Excellent attention to detail, follow‑through, and time‑management skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  Visio experience preferred.
• Flexibility to support domestic or international travel and extended working hours during critical delivery periods.

$120,000 - $217,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
