Contract Project Coordinator

Location: Onsite in Quincy, Massachusetts

Pay Rate: $30-$37 an hour (W2)

The client seeks a highly motivated Project Coordinator to drive the planning, coordination, and execution of the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) project. The Project Coordinator will report to the Applications Director and EVV Technical Project Manager and oversee business, technical, vendor, and procurement requirements necessary for the successful implementation and ongoing operation of the EVV program.

• Ensure the quality, timeliness, and continuity of the EVV program by reviewing all project deliverables, monitoring issues and risks (RAID reporting), and consolidating technical and vendor documentation to the client’s internal repository.
• Provide support for IT projects, including remediation actions and presentation of weekly findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Present weekly status reports and progress updates across design, development, implementation, testing, and operational activities.
• Work closely with business, project management, and business managers to evaluate change control and update source documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and proactively manage issues, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non‑technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language.
• Gain a deep understanding of business and application processes and support the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Manage relationships with management, end users, project team members, and vendors, including third‑party consultants.
• Use Microsoft Office, Visio, MS Project, and other project management and collaboration tools.
• Maintain excellent customer service, oral, written, presentation, and problem‑solving skills.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in business application implementation support (project coordination and issue management).
• Professional certification in Project Management, Security, or Business Analysis preferred.
• Strong familiarity with Security, HIPAA, and Privacy Standards, and experience handling EDI, PII, and PHI data.
• Technical skills in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills; ability to learn quickly and follow direction from senior managers.
