Director, Enterprise

The Director of Enterprise Applications leads the enterprise systems team, overseeing the implementation and optimization of IT applications such as ERP, MES, MRP, and PLM to enhance business capabilities, operational efficiency, and support organizational growth across production, supply chain, quality, and engineering divisions.

• Provide strategic leadership to the Enterprise Applications team.
• Own and manage the enterprise application ecosystem, including ERP, MES, MRP, and PLM systems.
• Drive business capability improvements and operational efficiency through digital solutions.
• Lead the transformation of business requirements into durable system solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to align systems with organizational growth objectives.

• Experience providing strategic people leadership to an Enterprise Applications team, including leading a team that transforms business requirements into durable system solutions.
• Ownership of IT's enterprise application ecosystem, including ERP, MES, MRP, PLM, etc., with accountability for driving business capability improvements, operational efficiency, and scalable digital solutions.
• Ability to serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology delivery.
• Experience in aligning system solutions with organizational growth objectives.
• Demonstrated experience in managing enterprise applications that support production, supply chain, quality, and engineering divisions.
• Compliance with U.S. laws concerning the export of controlled or protected technologies or information, including Export Control Laws, as a condition of employment.
