Opportunity Overview
Position: AI Product Manager

Reports to:
Director, Software Product Marketing Manager
- Lead the end-to-end AI product strategy and roadmap across CTD's software and compute platforms.
- Develop and execute go-to-market planning, performance tracking, and adoption strategies.
- Collaborate with product development and data analytics teams to design AI‑powered customer journey maps and workflows.
- Build CTD's reputation as a market leader in AI‑enabled test solutions.
- Support Voice of Customer (VoC) and Voice of SEG (VoSEG) engagements to uncover unmet needs.
- Partner with key AI ecosystem partners (e.g., Microsoft Azure, NVIDIA, Optimal+) to enhance product capabilities.
- Mentor and champion a culture of continuous innovation.
- Sustain competitive intelligence on AI trends in semiconductor test and adjacent industries.
- Ensure development of marketing collateral, training materials, and product videos for enablement and promotion.
- Minimum 15 years of experience; at least 5 years developing or managing AI products.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in AI product management, preferably in semiconductor or automation industries.
- Deep technical understanding of AI architectures, infrastructure, and deployment models (edge, cloud, hybrid).
- Experience with go-to-market strategies and customer engagement.
- Ability to evaluate M&A and strategic partnership opportunities.
- Experience representing organizations at industry conferences.
- Visionary thinking, adaptability, and strong communication.
- Mentorship, guidance, and fostering innovation.
- Experience with AI ecosystem partners.
- Familiarity with semiconductor test solutions or Teradyne ATE.
Base salary range: $174,000‑$278,500. Eligible for discretionary bonus based on performance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, paid vacation and holidays, tuition assistance, and more.
