Technical Product/Project Manager
Location:
Quincy, MA – Onsite 6-12 Months Contract – Possible Extension
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product/Project Managers to lead and coordinate the buildout and expansion of the Cribl Stream platform and the onboarding of security logs from five distinct public cloud landing zones across AWS, Azure, and OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure). The ideal candidates will have a strong mix of technical understanding, cloud platform expertise, and project/product management capabilities to drive delivery, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional execution in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of Cribl Stream platform expansion initiatives.
- Drive the onboarding of cloud-native security logs from AWS, Azure, and OCI into the enterprise observability/logging platform.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, cloud architects, and security stakeholders to ensure alignment with platform goals and cloud strategy.
- Manage and prioritize product backlog, define user stories, and oversee sprint planning and delivery milestones.
- Serve as a liaison between business, security, and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable plans.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, track KPIs, and ensure delivery on time and within scope.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and dependencies clearly and consistently to leadership and stakeholders.
Skills & Experience:
- Overall IT
Experience:
At least 10 Years - 5–8 years of experience in technical project or product management roles within complex IT environments.
- Strong understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI) and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience working on security log aggregation, observability platforms, or SIEM integration projects.
- Familiarity with Splunk, Cribl Stream, or similar data/logging platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks.
- Technical background or certification in cloud (e.g., AWS, Azure, or OCI certifications).
- Experience in managing platform or infrastructure-level projects at enterprise scale.
- Prior experience working with Dev Ops and SRE teams.
