Our technology function, Global Technology Services (GTS), is vital to State Street and is the key enabler for our business to deliver data and insights to our clients. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to manage dependencies, identify risks, and deliver solutions
• Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for product innovation
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
• Assist in the creation of product documentation, including user stories, use cases, and product specifications
• Participate in product launch activities and help monitor product performance post-launch
• Support the product management team in various administrative tasks as needed
