Overview
The IT Enterprise Change Manager drives the development and implementation of an ITIL V4 / ITSM based Enterprise IT Change Management Strategy. The role leads a full transformation and then initiates day‑to‑day BAU change management functions across State Street’s Global Technology Services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the Enterprise IT Change Management Strategy, Governance Model, Processes, and Transformation/Remediation Plan.
- Lead the Integrated Global Change Operations team, overseeing regional change activities and ensuring alignment with global policies.
- Conduct daily CAB Reporting, Review change requests, and perform compliance, risk and impact assessments.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of Change‑Related Major Incidents and oversee Service Now reporting.
- Ensure rigorous Risk Assessments, evaluating risk scores, conflicts, moratoriums, and overall stability of IT infrastructure and applications.
- Perform testing activities for releases and process changes within Change Management.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of IT Service Management (ITSM) experience.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL (preferably V4) and IT Change Management for both Application and Infrastructure.
- Proven experience with IT project deployment, Incident and Problem Management.
- Experience in project management, coordination, and providing constructive feedback.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact across all organizational levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight schedules.
- Proficiency with Service Now and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Outlook).
- • Experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile and Waterfall) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of governance, collaboration across IT departments and business units.
- Experience with change assessment, risk scoring, and implementing control mechanisms.
- Ability to embed change practices into everyday work and drive continuous improvement.
$90,000 - $157,500 annually (range applies to the primary location; may vary for other locations).
