O&M Analyst

Requirements

• 8 or more years of experience in enterprise IT operations and systems data analysis.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL query development and relational database backend validations.
• Experience with APM tools including Amazon Cloud Watch and Dynatrace for system monitoring.
• Experience in administering enterprise web application servers utilizing Apache, Tomcat, or Web Logic.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services integration utilizing Postman and SoapUI.
• Experience in Linux and Windows server command-line administration and SFTP data exchanges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Coordinate day-to-day continuous enterprise application operations within a highly available production environment.
• Analyze real-time interface failures and batch processing errors to orchestrate rapid incident resolution.
• Perform comprehensive root cause analysis to diagnose production defects and implement preventative solutions.
• Generate operational dashboards to track critical system health metrics and strictly enforce SLA compliance.
• Schedule and coordinate planned infrastructure maintenance including system patching and hardware upgrades.
• Develop detailed technical specifications and requirement documents to facilitate complex data migrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to support SDLC enterprise system enhancements.
