This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney at Phifer Pinkham, LLC, located in Quincy, MA. The Associate Attorney will practice in the corporate department with prior experience in corporate formations, corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions, partnership agreements and all phases of the corporate life cycle, a must. The role requires maintaining high standards of professionalism and providing tailored legal solutions to meet clients' needs.

• 3-5 years in corporate law experience, including M&A transactional work
• Experience and skill in conducting thorough legal research
• Ability to advocate for clients' best interests
• Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to the Massachusetts Bar
