Part‑Time Maintenance Associate

Go Store It’s mission is to keep facilities clean, safe, and welcoming—and you’ll help keep everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Walk the property every day to look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
• Fix small things such as locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean—including hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move‑outs: sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they’re working.
• Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.
• Maintain the overall appearance and operation so the complex looks and runs smoothly.
