- You'll lead an established team of approximately 20 within a successful independent agency where your ideas will be heard.
- Ownership is open to new ideas and looking for someone who will take the time to understand the business, support the team, strengthen processes, and help shape the direction of Commercial Lines.
- The right person will understand the day-to-day realities of the business, enjoy developing people, and be comfortable rolling up their sleeves when needed.
- The agency has the resources and structure to support the team, while still being flexible enough to make decisions and put good ideas into action quickly.
