About the Role
Under supervisory direction, the Production Associate works as part of a team to assemble required components, operate equipment, inspect in-process medical devices or kits, and maintain the quality and integrity of products at all times. The primary focus is building product by following processes to meet production goals while ensuring 100% adherence to manufacturing requirements and quality policies. Clear communication in both speech and writing is essential.
WorkMode
Onsite work model: employees must be in the local office five days per week.
Available Shifts- 1st Shift: 6:30 am – 3:00 pm
- 2nd Shift: 11:00 am – 7:30 pm
- Build product by following all current certified processes and meet production goals and metrics.
- Maintain 100% adherence to manufacturing process requirements and the Company Quality Policy.
- Proactively identify and communicate quality issues and concerns.
- Keep accurate records, including training and shop floor paperwork (DHR).
- Participate in shared responsibilities and tasks with team members.
- Champion the "flex strategy", rotate as necessary, and work well with cross‑functional groups.
- Demonstrate proficiency in written and spoken communication.
- Use computers at a basic level.
- Lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally; standing, bending, reaching required.
- Apply Core 5 Metrics to daily tasks.
- Maintain knowledge of all processes in the assigned area and ensure compliance with site‑specific and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Attend and pass all required core and site‑specific training (e.g., QS Basics, GDP, cGMP).
- Attend team meetings and site internal audits and third‑party inspections.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Production Supervisor, Production Manager, or Site Leadership.
- 1 year of related experience.
- High school diploma, degree, or equivalent.
- Experience in a regulated work environment.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment requiring high accuracy.
- Light assembly skills and order picking.
Minimum Salary: $33,488.
Maximum Salary: $56,888.
