As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will work across our Glencoe and Thamesville operations. Your role involves developing, optimizing, and implementing processes to improve safety and efficiency. You will translate engineering concepts into practical manufacturing methods, ensuring seamless execution on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities- Implement manufacturing layouts that enhance efficiency
- Manage and update manufacturing standards and documentation
- Work with product design to ensure manufacturing compatibility
- Initiate continuous improvement projects for operational consistency
- Assist production teams with new processes and methods
- Degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
- 5+ years in a manufacturing or process engineering role
- Proven skills in workflow optimization and continuous improvements
- Background in tooling and manufacturing documentation
- Cooperative skills across engineering and production teams
