- Lead CNC production across all three shifts and manage Tech Leads/supervisors.
- Develop production schedules and optimize labor, machines, and resources.
- Monitor OEE, productivity, scrap, rework, safety, and on-time delivery
. - Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
- Drive Lean/Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage staffing, training, performance, and shift coverage.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 9001/AS9100
, and customer requirements. - Maintain a visible, hands-on presence on the shop floor and report performance to the General Manager.
- 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in a CNC machining environment.
- 3+ years managing multi-shift/24/7 production operations.
- Strong knowledge of CNC milling/turning, blueprints, and GD&T.
- Experience in aerospace, power generation, or precision machining preferred.
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, ERP/MRP, and quality systems
. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
