Purpose

The Performance Media Partnerships Specialist supports the execution and optimization of affiliate, paid media digital circular, refer‑a‑friend, and influencer programs to drive measurable growth against business objectives. This role ensures day‑to‑day campaign operations, partner relationships, and internal processes are managed efficiently and effectively. By coordinating closely with agency partners and internal teams, the position helps translate strategy into execution while maintaining alignment to KPIs, budgets, and timelines.

The role contributes to overall marketing performance by delivering consistent optimisation, clear documentation, and strong partner collaboration.

Work Schedule

Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in‑person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC;
Chicago, IL;
Quincy, MA;
Carlisle, PA; and Scarborough, ME.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

Responsibilities
  • Execute affiliate, digital circular, refer‑a‑friend, and influencer marketing campaigns by managing day‑to‑day program operations across multiple accounts to ensure alignment with client objectives and delivery of measurable performance outcomes.
  • Attend partner meetings, agency check‑ins, and working sessions to align on goals, share performance updates, and identify optimisation opportunities that support short and long‑term growth.
  • Manage and grow affiliate partnerships by overseeing daily communications, driving partner engagement and reactivation, and contributing strategic ideas that improve program performance and scalability.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyse results to develop data‑driven recommendations that optimise against KPIs and ensure alignment with broader business goals.
  • Support retail media influencer campaigns, ensuring clear alignment on execution, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage internal budget and vendor management processes by completing requests and documentation within our internal payment system and vendor management platforms to ensure accurate tracking, payment, processing and compliance.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to align campaign execution, resolve issues, and ensure smooth delivery across channels and partners.
  • Document notes, decisions, and action items from weekly brand meetings and agency meetings and working sessions to ensure clarity, accountability, and continuity across teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying process efficiencies and best practices that enhance campaign execution and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 3‑5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, performance marketing, or partnership marketing.
  • Working knowledge of affiliate networks or influencer platforms.
  • Prior experience working at a digital agency, with agencies, or managing agency relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and partners simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners.
  • High attention to detail, organisation, and documentation is essential for this role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, reporting dashboards, or performance analytics tools.
  • Experience contributing to strategic planning or optimisation frameworks within performance marketing programmes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent.
  • Ability to plan, execute, measure, and report on multiple campaigns to multiple partners per day.
  • Ability to work effectively with partners at home and in office whenever needed.

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $75,040 - $112,560

IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $86,320 - $129,480

Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
