Description
Quincy Credit Union is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Marketing to lead the development and execution of marketing and branding initiatives that support the Credit Union's growth and business objectives. This role is responsible for the ongoing management, measurement, and optimization of all marketing efforts, including advertising, corporate communications, content development, design, public relations, social media, community outreach, and website management.
The Vice President of Marketing will champion the integrity of the Quincy Credit Union brand, ensuring a consistent, compelling, and impactful message across all marketing channels while enhancing member engagement, strengthening community presence, and supporting organizational growth.
THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that support membership growth, product and service adoption, and overall business objectives. Partner with member-facing departments to ensure marketing efforts align with organizational goals and drive results.
- Oversee and protect the Quincy Credit Union brand by maintaining a consistent corporate identity across all marketing channels, advertising, media placements, sponsor ships, and public relations activities.
- Lead, develop, and manage the Marketing Department, including hiring, training, coaching, performance management, workforce planning, and resource allocation to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
- Direct the development and management of digital content and marketing communications, ensuring all public-facing digital assets remain engaging, accurate, compliant, and current.
- Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, public relations consultants, media vendors, and other strategic partners to maximize the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate community outreach programs, sponsor ships, and events that enhance Quincy Credit Union's visibility, reputation, and community engagement.
- Develop, administer, and monitor the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and alignment with strategic priorities.
Five to eight years of progressive experience in marketing, branding, communications, or a related field, including experience leading strategic marketing initiatives, managing teams, and overseeing multi-channel marketing programs.
EducationBachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combinations of education, professional certifications, and relevant experience may be considered.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in marketing strategy, brand management, content development, and creative writing.
- Strong understanding of target marketing principles and member engagement strategies.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and publishing software, as well as other standard office technologies.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms, social media management, website content management systems, and marketing analytics tools preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and community partners.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional member service and supporting Quincy Credit Union's mission, values, and strategic objectives.
- Previous Banking experience preferred.
