Harvard University, through the Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE), seeks an Associate Director of Development to raise leadership gifts and manage a portfolio of donors, including leadership-level prospects. This role partners across HGSE and other schools to secure flexible gifts and advance HGSE’s mission.
The Associate Director will develop multi-step donor strategies, conduct outreach, and help secure 125 visits and 20+ gifts of $25,000+ annually.
