House Supervisor (RN) – Inpatient Acute Rehab Hospital

Position:
House Supervisor (RN)

• Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Night Differential: $7/hr Weekday
• Weekend Differential: $9/hr

The RN House Supervisor will oversee administrative and clinical operations to ensure high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include providing leadership and support to nursing staff, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive work culture.

• BSN Degree required
• Registered Nurse with recent inpatient/acute care hospital experience (3+ years)
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience (Charge Nurse, Supervisor, Team Lead, Coordinator, House Supervisor, or equivalent)
• Experience with conflict resolution, staffing, scheduling, accountability for patients and staffing results, and ensuring compliance
• Active MA license
• ACLS & BLS Certification
• CRRN preferred or eligible to obtain within 1 year of hire
