Night Shift Charge Nurse / Supervisor:
The Charge Nurse/Supervisor will oversee the administrative and clinical operations ensuring high quality patient care. The Nurse Supervisor will provide leadership and support to the nursing staff, ensure compliance, and foster a strong work culture.
- BSN Degree required
- Must be a Registered Nurse with recent inpatient / acute care hospital experience (3+ year)
- Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years supervisory experience as a Charge Nurse, Supervisor, Team Lead, Coordinator, House Supervisor, or equivalent
- Experience with conflict resolution, staffing, schedules, accountability for patients and staffing results, ensuring compliance, etc.
- Active MA license
- ACLS & BLS Certified
- CRRN preferred or eligible to obtain within 1 year of hire
