Job DescriptionA well-established healthcare network near Quincy, MA is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to join their team! Experienced nurses are encouraged to apply!
Pay Range: $41.00-$69.00/ hr (based on experience)
Nurse Supervisor Opportunity:
Schedule:
Night Shift; 3x12s with rotating weekend
No on-call requirement!
Nurse supervisor leads and oversees nursing staff to ensure safe, effective patient care, including feedback, evaluations, and performance management.
Support patient-centered care by guiding individualized care plans and providing direct care when needed.
Nurse Supervisor
Qualifications:
Nurse supervisor must have an active unrestricted RN license for the state of MA
Active BLS required; ACLS within one year
2 or more years of inpatient hospital experience required
Supervision experience required
